Pre existing issues?

Since contracts are tailored for each client. Pre-existing issues will play a part in the cost of the contract. An upfront fee may also be required to bring an IT system to a suitable level.

Callout fees?

We charge a flat rate callout fee of £20 for areas within the M25. For areas outside this cost will be a minimum of £20. Callout fees are not charged to clients under our service contracts unless otherwise specified.

Outsourced IT

We don’t outsource our work to other IT companies. However some features such as Email, web hosting and other ‘cloud’ services are outsourced to other companies. These are carefully selected companies are reliable and trustworthy. By using these companies we reduce our support costs and in turn save you money.

Is SolvIT insured?
